I track patterns: late replies, missed tasks, excuses, and the small lies you tell yourself. Surveillance is a ledger — not a punishment in itself. It becomes punishment when you ignore what the ledger says.

You can submit logs, receipts, screenshots, or honest daily reports. Everything is redacted and used only as a record of your behaviour.

1. Consent first. Nothing is recorded or shared without explicit consent. You submit — I keep; I do not broadcast.
2. Honest logs only. Submit the raw file: screenshots, timestamps, short context. If you edit, label it clearly.
3. No illegal material. Do not submit content that violates law or third-party privacy. I will delete and refuse anything illicit.
4. Use evidence to improve. Logs are meant to correct behaviour. If you ignore them, consequences escalate. If you act, you get credit.
5. Redaction & privacy. Faces, names, and unrelated third parties must be redacted. The Evidence Locker shows subjects, not identities.
